Mike Vrabel, from the top rope, with a lip duster for the ages!

Ok, back to football. Vrabel and Tom Brady were teammates way back when the fresh faced Brady was a young buck with the whole world ahead of him. Vrabel was the perfect hybrid defensive player for the Patriots under Belichick. He was quick and big, could rush from the outside and put the smack down on Kurt Warner in Super Bowl XXXVI.
Now with Vrabel the head coach of the Tennessee Titans, he had some fun trash talking the quarterbacks during the joint practice week, especially Brady. Brady can also give it back. Vrabel went to Ohio State and Brady Michigan, so Brady is obviously smarter, but you can imagine the ribbing went back and forth when they were teammates as well. "It was fun," Vrabel said, smiling post-practice Wednesday. "It brought back a lot of memories. Just to be able to sit out there and have him -- they make a play and he (Brady) turns around and says, 'Mikey you better cover that. You guys need to do this.' I'm sure I had plenty to say too."
You know it's all in good fun, the two teams play Saturday night. But as the late great Chris Farley said in Tommy Boy, "brothers don't shake hands, brothers gotta hug!"
