Santos was a morning sports anchor on WBZ radio for 38 years and called Patriots games on the radio for 36 years starting in 1966. He retired in 2012 having called all of the Patriots' Super Bowl appearance dating back to 1985 at the time. His call of Adam Vinatieri's game-winning field goal in Super Bowl XXXVI is one of the most iconic calls in team history.
