Brandin Cooks: "ton of respect for Bill Belichick"

For all the negative you've been hearing about Bill Belichick lately, here's something a little positive.
When he was introduced as the newest member of the Los Angeles Rams, Brandin Cooks said that Belichick called him an hour before the trade was finalized to let him know it was happening. Cooks said he appreciated that Belichick let him know before it went public and that he has a ton of respect for the future Hall of Fame coach.

Cooks was productive in his lone season in New England, catching 65 passes for 1,082 yards and seven touchdowns but much was made about him not being a great fit.
