Ricky Jean Francois signs 1-year deal with the Lions

Earlier in the offseason, former Patriots defensive lineman Ricky Jean Francois confirmed he would not be coming back to the team.

Yesterday, he signed a deal with the Detroit Lions. As of now, the contract details are unknown. But Francois, like LeGarrette Blount, will get to reunite with Matt Patricia in the Motor City.

Francois played in six games for New England last season, compiling six tackles and one sack.
