Red Sox slugger Hanley Ramirez is following the TB12 Method, says he’s down 15 pounds

Boston Red Sox first baseman/designated hitter, Hanley Ramirez, is taking a page out of Tom Brady’s book – literally.
Ramirez has been criticized over the past few years for being overweight; but he was seen looking much slimmer when he reported to spring training last Friday.
The 34-year-old credits his new physique and training methods to Tom Brady’s book, “The TB12 Method: How to Achieve a Lifetime of Sustained Peak Performance.” Ramirez even says he’s down 15 pounds.
Coming off a year in which he batted a career-low .242 and fought with a left shoulder injury, Ramirez knew he had to make a change. Why not follow in the footsteps of the NFL MVP?
“I went on the Tom Brady side,” Ramirez said. “I think it’s 100 percent everything he says in the book, the work he does, makes sense.”
