Pats add Joey Bosa's cousin to their practice squad

The Patriots have signed wide receiver Jake Kumerow to their practice squad and released defensive tackle Mike Purcell a day after signing him.

Kumerow, who was most recently with the Bengals, is the cousin of Chargers defensive end Joey Bosa, whom the Pats will see on Sunday when they go up against L.A.

I'd sincerely doubt Kumerow has any insight on how to handle Bosa, but it would be pretty cool if he did. Even better, it'd be awesome to see Kumerow and Bosa share the field together on Sunday, but that's extremely unlikely.
