Danny Amendola will play on Sunday but Malcom Brown will not

Last night I wrote about the possibility of Danny Amendola missing Sunday's game against the Chargers with a hyper-extended knee injury, but he's going to play.
Amendola met with the media just a short time ago and declared himself ready to go, which is huge considering the Patriots are going up against an underrated Chargers defense that boasts two of the best pass rushers in the NFL in Joey Bosa and Melvin Ingram.

However, defensive tackle Malcom Brown will miss the game with an ankle injury. Eric Rowe will also not play.
Malcom Brown (ankle) and Eric Rowe (groin) are absent and missed the full week of practice. Rowe definitely out, Brown likely as well.— Jeff Howe (@jeffphowe) October 27, 2017
For a Patriots team that just lost Dont'a Hightower for the year yesterday, this isn't ideal.
