Julian Edelman misses Wednesday's practice for birth of baby girl

Big names like Tom Brady, Rob Gronkowski, Martellus Bennett and Julian Edelman, appeared on the injury report for Wednesday’s practice – but they weren’t all for injury-related reasons.

As per reports from nesn.com and weei.com, Julian Edelman was out west for the birth of his baby girl, Lily.

To clarify the Patriots injury report with Edelman, he didn't practice yesterday because he obviously wasn't here but does have foot issue.

Swedish model, Ella Rose, filed a paternity test against him back in July. Besides acknowledging he is the father, the wide receiver has been pretty hush-hush about the whole situation, but nevertheless, congrats Minitron!

Brady, Bennett and Edelman reported back to practice on Thursday.
