Report: Gronk likely to play tonight against Texans
It was reported all week that All-World tight end Rob Gronkowski would be a "game time" decision for tonight's game against the Houston Texans. If today's early reports are any indication, things are looking good for his return to the line up. Don't take it from me, take it from Schefter.
One source this am on Patriots' TE Rob Gronkowski's availability for tonight's game: "It looks good." Scott Chandler also expected to play.

The final decision on Gronk's status will likely be determined by how Gronk's bruised/sprained knee feels after warming up, but it sounds like he'll go barring (knocks furiously on wood) some kind of unexpected setback. Given Gronk and the team's cautious tenor regarding his status since he suffered the injury two weeks ago, it sounds like he should have minimal limitations.
