According to Josina Anderson of ESPN, the Patriots are planning to cut wide receiver Reggie Wayne.

A source just told me that #Patriots WR Reggie Wayne “will not be on 53.” Added, “he will not be there."

The news comes as a shock to Pats fans, as many figured Wayne was a shoe-in to make the roster after receiving a $450K singing bonus to sign with the team.
