Tom Brady case to be heard in New York

Tom Brady's attempt to have his case heard in Minnesota has been denied, as a Minnesota judge ordered the NFL Player's Association's lawsuit be transferred to New York, where the NFL asked for his four-game suspension to be confirmed.

This means that Brady's case will be heard in New York, and that looks like a bad sign for him.

Brady is still seeking an injunction so he can play while the case is being heard.
