Ben Roethlisberger "its not the same" if Brady doesn't play week one

As it sits now, the season opening game is shaping up to be a Big Roethlisberger vs Jimmy Garoppolo heavy weight match up. Well maybe a welterweight matchup. The heavy weight fight would be the Roethlisberger vs Brady matchup that we deserve.
Ben Roethlisberger feels the same way. Sure, if Brady is out there on opening night it will be a tougher matchup for his defense than if its Garoppolo is making his first ever NFL start. But Roethlisberger still would like to see Brady out there.
Boston Herald
He's a guy, I've said for a long time, he's the best in the business, and he proved it again last year winning his fourth [Super Bowl]," Roethlisberger told ESPN. "If he's not out there, it's not the same. I have a lot of respect for him on the football field and some of the unbelievable things that he's done. I guess we'll wait and see what's finally going to happen.
We have just under 100 days until opening night, so there is still time for the NFL to pull their collective heads out of you know what and give us the matchup we all, including the opponent, wants.
While that's not likely to happen, there is still a good chance Brady's legal team will be able to fight the suspension. So with any luck Brady will be out there week one.
