HI EVERYONE IT'S JUST ME, HANNAH STORM. I WOKE UP LIKE THIS. AND NOW THE NEWS.
Former Denver Bronco's LB Bill Romanowski liked to get ready for games by spending time in his hyperbaric chamber. Legendary head coach Bill Parcells would stop at his neighborhood store at the same time each week on game day when he coached the New York Giants. Bill Russell, Hall of Fame center for the Boston Celtics, used to throw up prior to every game. This motivated him to dominate his opponent.
Some players like to pray before the game. Some fans like to wear the same clothes from the prior week if their team had won. Same seats. Same noise. Same everything. Same pom-poms.
For Hannah Storm, game day started at 9:22AM when she reported from the sidelines at Lambeau Field in Green Bay. She didn't want makeup. She requested eye blake. mentalfloss:
“I thought we would find it to be like war paint and a psychological advantage more than anything else,” Dr. Brian M. DeBroff, the lead author of the Yale study, told The New York Times. “We were surprised to find a benefit from the grease.”
