Round 16 of Tom Brady vs. Peyton Manning ended the same way many of them have in the past.

Brady won, leading the Patriots to a 43-21 win over the Broncos at a very windy Gillette Stadium.

Brady was masterful, going 33 of 53 for 333 yards, four touchdowns and one interception, his first since September.

The Patriots got on the board first via a 49-yard field goal by Stephen Gostkowski, making it 3-0. The Broncos would quickly answer with a 1-yard touchdown run by Ronnie Hillman that was set up by a questionable pass interference call on Patriots cornerback Brandon Browner on the previous play.

From there, it was all Patriots, as they scored 24 unanswered points in the second quarter and seemingly never looked back. The big play of the quarter was an 84-yard punt return for a touchdown by Julian Edelman.

Peyton Manning finished the day going 34 of 57 for 438 yards, two touchdowns and two interceptions.

The Patriots head into the bye week with the best record in the AFC at 7-2. New England's next contest will come against the Indianapolis Colts on the road on Sunday Night Football.
