Buffalo Bills - New York Jets game in fight with mother nature

If the mascot is having trouble in getting to the stadium, it might be time to reschedule the game. The town of Orchard Park, where Ralph Wilson Stadium is located, has had over four feet of snow. Three more feet are projected by gametime on Sunday at 1PM. If the snow were rice, Buffalo citizens could all be fed for 88 years.

Rotoworld:
A league source tells Profootballtalk.com that the time slot for Sunday's Jets-Bills game in Buffalo could be moved due to snow.
Per PFT, the "potential window" for moving the game could span anywhere from Sunday night to Tuesday night. The Bills were unable to practice Wednesday, and it remains to be seen whether they'll be able to do so on Thursday or Friday.

Vic Carucci, Buffalo News:
No one would question Doug Marrone for expressing some level of frustration over the inconvenience from Mother Nature’s lake-effect wrath on Western New York.

After all, the Buffalo Bills’ coach is supposed to be preparing his team to face the New York Jets Sunday at Ralph Wilson Stadium, yet the snow that has pounded the area prevented him from conducting practice Wednesday. With a driving ban in Orchard Park, his players, along with other Bills staffers, were told to stay home until further notice.

“We’re hoping to have over 500 shovelers,” said Andy Major, Bills vice president of operations. “We will definitely not be turning away anyone that’s interested in shoveling snow.”

Are you ready for some Tuesday Night Football? The last time the NFL had a game on Tuesday was December 28, 2010. The Minnesota Vikings defeated the Philadelphia Eagles, 24-14. Minnesota RB Adrian Peterson rushed for 118 yards and a TD.
