Tom Brady the Pharaoh?
So, yesterday we reported on Michael Irvin calling Bill Belichick an original gangster. Today we have a piece about former Patriot linebacker Brandon Spikes referring to Tom Brady as a Pharaoh. Combine this with the fact that the Bills are currently top of the AFC East and something really weird is going on (zing!). Of course, Brady is as bewildered as us fans as to the meaning of it all:
NESN:
Why Spikes tagged Brady with the Pharaoh nickname is a mystery to even him, though one could suspect that his accomplishments and unquestionable leadership within the Patriots organisation has led many to be humbled in worship for the 14th year veteran.
While there may have been a time that Spikes would bow at King Tom-tenkahmen's feet (apologies for that), he will be a spark-plug on a Bills defense longing to put some pressure on Brady as he towers behind an offensive line that has yet to put together back-to-back convincing performances this year.
Outside betting tip: count on an Egyptian mummy touchdown celebration from either Gronkowski or Brady this weekend.

You got to ask Brandon about that. I don’t know. You ask Brandon what he says.
