Patriots bringing in Dolphins players for info?

The Patriots will do whatever it takes to gain an advantage against their upcoming opponent, which is why they have signed former Dolphins running back Marcus Thigpen to their practice squad. They also claimed former Dolphins special teamer Don Jones off of waivers.

The Patriots are signing Marcus Thigpen to p-squad,which means Belichick will have Thigpen and Don Jones to prod for intel on Dolphins.

Don Jones actually adds depth to the safety position and could contribute on special teams, while Thigpen could have been brought in just to gather a little bit more info on Ryan Tannehill and his offense.

It is always interesting to see what players AFC East teams pick up off of waivers and free agents, as they are always looking for information on other AFC East teams.
