Players in the locker room somberly react to the Logan Mankins trade
The Pats traded away one of the most well respected and looked up to players in the locker room today.
Guard Logan Mankins will certainly be missed, and that evident from the mood of his former teammates at Gillette Stadium today after practice. The media passed along some quotes, and no one seemed too chipper about it.
McCourty on Mankins: "Anytime you lose a player of that caliber, and like you guys said, with his leadership, that’s always surprising."
