Dominique Easley out tonight against Panthers

Rookie lineman Dominique Easley will not take part in the Patriots pre-season tilt against the Carolina Panthers tonight, according to Jeff Howe of The Boston Herald.

The Patriots, much like with Rob Gronkowski, are taking a very cautious approach with Easley in terms of his rehab. Easley recently participated in 11-on-11 drills and had a very good showing.

There is a chance he could play next week against the Giants.
