Cary Williams backs recent comments about Patriots

Eagles cornerback Cary Williams stood by comments he recently made about the Patriots being "cheaters."

“Did I say the wrong thing? No,” Williams said, via the News Journal. “I stand firm on what my beliefs are, and that’s just that. I didn’t tell a lie. At the end of the day, that did happen. It’s in the history books. As far as I’m concerned, I made a comment about it and that’s that.”

At least he didn't try to pile it on.

Williams is just one of over a million people who feel this way about the Patriots, so this really isn't shocking to hear at all.

If he's trying to get the Patriots fired up for next week, he might succeed.
