Robert Kraft exploring idea of Boston hosting NFL draft

The NFL has decided to move the draft from Radio City Music Hall in New York to somewhere else. That ‘somewhere’ maybe being Boston?

Patriots owner and boss and awesome man extraordinaire Bob Kraft has talked with mayor Marty Walsh about the possibility of Boston hosting the NFL draft:
"That’s a decision for Mayor Walsh, who has called me and said he is very interested in it. He has had his staff working with the NFL. We’d love to see it happen. It’s about do we have the proper venue in the city of Boston and what it would do for tourism and also the so-called sizzle factor. I know they’re seriously considering L.A. and Chicago as geographically well-suited to do this. I think now there’s some consideration for maybe even splitting the draft into two parts and doing it in different cities and moving it around. It’s all under exploration now.”

Both L.A. and Chicago seem like the frontrunners to host the draft, but Boston is pretty frickin awesome so NFL, think about keeping the draft out East, but in a much better city. Plus it would be cool to attend the draft or at least be able to walk around downtown as the draft is taking place.
