THIS JUST IN: Patriots, Brandon LaFell agree on 3-year deal

So much for the Patriots not going for it in free agency. In addition to the additions on defense and re-signing Julian Edelman, the Patriots have now added former Carolina Panthers wide receiver Brandon LaFell on a 3 year deal, according to Adam Schefter (tweet below).

And now Patriots have reached agreement on a three-year deal with former Panthers WR Brandon LaFell, per source.
