Brandon Browner working on a deal with the Patriots

According to Adam Schefter (see below), the Patriots and Brandon Browner are working on a deal as we speak. Schefter believes it is close, but it's tough to get a deal done because Browner has to serve a 4-game suspension to start the 2014 season.

Reports right now are unclear as Schefter and Ian Rapport are posting 2 completely separate stories, but one thing is clear: The Patriots are trying to lock up Browner. Stay tuned - we'll keep you posted as we learn more.
