Aqib Talib says Patriots gave him a "shaky contract"

More chatter from Talib. This time, in an interview with Peter King on MMQB, Talib was asked if the Patriots gave him a contract offer. Here's his response:
"I definitely had an offer from the Patriots. But there was language in there that definitely was a little shaky compared to Denver’s offer."

Yes, Talib then went on to say he loves the Patriots and loves Bill and Tom and loves the fact that two teams want him. A little too late there Talib.

Of course I am the person to write off a former Patriot sooner than maybe most people would, (as evidence by my feelings on Adam Vinatieri) but Talib is done in my books. Even though he was great for us, he also managed to miss every important game with some injury or another. And what do you know, according to him, he didn't have those injuries.

It seems that any player that leaves the Patriots suddenly finds a voice and an opinion and loves to talk shit about the organization that, for most of these players, made them. Anyways, Talib have fun at Mile High. Denver, have fun when Talib gets injured in the AFC Championship game and we still have Revis and Browner to cover your guys. Paybacks a bitch.
