One person who knows Josh McDaniels said he had “an awesome” meeting with Browns, but it isn’t right time for him to become a head coach.

Maybe McDaniels remembered how horrible his last head coaching gig went and decided to chill with Tom Brady some more. While I have shown my displeasure for Josh, I do think he is a good offensive coordinator and think that he's making the right decision staying put.
Plus, this keeps him in line for taking over for Bill when he retires. And if you ask me, I'd much rather be coaching the Patriots than the Browns.
