Injury update: Stevan Ridley returns to practice, Tommy Kelly missing
The two biggest injuries to watch are runningback Stevan Ridley and defensive tackle Tommy Kelly. Ridley missed all of last week's practice and the game with a knee injury, meanwhile Tommy Kelly left Sunday's game with a knee injury of his own.
Apparently the news is good on Ridley, but bad on Kelly.
Fortunately for the Patriots, the Saints have never exactly been the most dedicated to the run game, they very well could decide to be on Sunday though. Without Kelly the Patriots are down to just Joe Vellano (see how he stood up against the run) and Chris Jones. They've also signed Andre Neblett. Whoop-dee-doo.
Ridley's return to practice is a good sign, as they can hopefully get him back for Sunday's game. The Patriots run game has struggled to be consistent all season, but with Gronk expected to return it should get a good boost. It'll help matters if the team's best runner is back in action.

CB Alfonzo Dennard, who hobbled off in fourth quarter of Sunday's loss, also present at practice.

Ridley is back. Washington, Kelly left the Bengals game with injuries and didn't return, so their absence not a surprise. Neblett is #71.
