The Patriots select Jamie Collins, OLB

It's surprising move for the Patriots, who still have needs at cornerback and wide receiver, but not exactly a surprising one because well, it's the Patriots.

Linebacker was way down on the list of Patriots needs, though our own Joshua Brown did emphasize that the Patriots needed a cover guy at that spot.

10 sacks and 20 tackles for a loss last season. He was a converted safety and looks to add some boom to the Patriots pass rush, which is a HUGE need. Mike Mayock reffered to him as one of the most explosive rushers in the draft. It looks like Chanlder Jones got a running mate.
