Terrell Suggs still wishes he was a Patriot
ESPN-Boston
Is there anything better than someone winning a Super Bowl, and still hating the Patriots? Like, you won dude, maybe it's time to get over it? He just knows that even though the Ravens won the Super Bowl, the Patriots are, to quote Pedro, still his daddy. Everything he does, he compares to the Patriots. Watching us win the last 10-12 years has just been so completely unbearable for him that even WINNING A SUPER BOWL didn't assuage his little-man syndrome. It's like the little brother that finally accomplishes something amazing after watching the older brother succeed for years and years, and yet even though he has reached the culmination of his profession, still is jealous because he thinks the parents (fans) still like the older brother (Patriots) better. And you know what mistah Suggs, they do. Sorry. The Pats are still the standard. And they always will be as long as we have the holy one (BB).
Oh, and this whole business about how we don't respect anyone. DUH. Who the fuck should we respect? Did Jordan respect his peers when he was dominateing the NBA? No, of course not. He was better than everyone and knew it, just like the Patriots. Come at us when you've won 10+ games in 11 out of 12 years with 3 Super Bowl wins, 5 appearances, and 2 AFC championship games.

Joining "The Big Show" on WEEI, Suggs said he "guarantees the other 31 [NFL] teams hate the New England Patriots." The Baltimore Ravens star also said he doesn't feel the Patriots "respect anybody."
Suggs also stood by comments and explained why he called the Patriots "the most arrogant p------ in the world" after the Ravens defeated New England in the AFC Championship Game in January en route to winning the Super Bowl.
"Do I apologize for what I said? No. Do I mean what I said? Yeah," Suggs said. "Could I have worded it a little better? Probably. But the fact of the matter is you can't really consider it a rivalry because you have a few more championships than we do, but this has been steaming for a while."
