Update: Pittsburgh Steelers sign Brian Hoyer

I was honestly kind of surprised that Hoyer lasted this long. I always thought Hoyer did a nice job, filling in in garbage time and during the preseason. I think his getting cut by the Patriots had to do somewhat with Mallett being a higher draft choice and Hoyer's contract. That and the fact that Mallett did outplay Hoyer, but I think he could've stayed on as the third quarterback in different circumstances.
