Aaron Hernandez Inks New Deal (Updated)

 Details are still hazy but the Patriots have agreed to a contract extension with the ever versatile Aaron Hernandez. The extension should keep Hernandez a Patriot through the 2018 season according to Mike Reiss and Adam Shefter. Hernandez Gets New Deal.

Hernandez deal: five year extension worth $40 million with $12.5-million signing bonus and $16.4 million guaranteed.
